Every incident closes with a documented file: time reported, applicability determination and its basis, every dispatch attempt with timestamps, collection details, chain of custody, and MRO verification. If a federal window cannot be met, the documented attempts are completed on time instead. Either way the file is complete, which is what an auditor and a claims adjuster both ask for.
There is no subscription and no per-seat licensing. Your agency funds an account, we draw against it as incidents occur, and you receive an itemized statement. If your policy requires invoicing after service instead of a funded balance, tell us and we will structure it that way.
